Join David Good for a creative look at how we can add load-bearing exercises to our practice to help keep and build our bone density and strength.

This workshop is open to all levels of students interested in spicing up their practice in an inclusive exploration of strength. We will be lifting and carrying weight. Come willing to work and sweat in order to investigate your body’s potential.
