See the world from a different point of view in this introduction to Aerial Yoga. Inspired by traditional yoga, pilates, dance and acrobatics, Aerial Yoga will help you stay present while you strengthen, stretch, and connect with your body. In these exciting beginner classes, you will get a chance to flip, float, and fly as you feel the magical benefits first hand.
