A fun yoga class for parents with active little tots (around 12-24 months). Parents can expect this class to have many elements of a traditional yoga class: you will flow, stretch, build strength, self-massage and learn movements to soothe common aches and pains that can also be practiced at home. Various modifications and progressions will be offered to support all pre/postnatal bodies and all levels of practice. Tots will have a blanket setup at the top of their parents mat where they can play independently, or they can move around and play with community toys in the centre of the room, socialize with friends and some may even follow along with the class! Perhaps the best part, meet, chat and laugh with a community of parents with similar aged children in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Pre-registration is required for Parent & Tot Yoga and space is limited.
