This 2-hour album release event, led by Jay with assistance from Pat Harada Linfoot and David Good, will combine Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki with Talib Hussain, and a live experience of Jay’s new album. Settle, restore, relax and let go.

For over 15 years as a touring musician, Jay Andrews has established himself as one of Canada’s most unique and innovative percussionists, producers and DJs. He has worked with hundreds of artists from a wide range of genre’s and has numerous awards, competition prizes and high profile appearances to his credit, including Juno and international nods. As a diverse solo artist, Andrews has been in the forefront of blending percussion, acoustic and world music with electronic influences. His latest work follows suit, as he arranges his live instrumentation, with electronic production in to a rhythm driven sound made for movement practices.Having performed in everything from clubs and arena’s, to Irish and world music festivals, to the Olympics and world pipe band competitions, he has truly established himself as a renaissance man of rhythm, sound and energy.
Jay is also a certified Yoga and meditation teacher, currently residing in Toronto, Canada. He often plays live in his classes and blends his love and work with rhythm and sound, with movement practices!
