You can expect to leave this fun, fascinating and empowering course with a deeper connection to your breath and body and the know-how required to confidently unroll your mat in any All Levels class at the studio.
Dates and Times: 6-7:15 pm on Tuesdays March 3th, 10th, 17th and 24th. If you miss a class, you can make it up in a private session with your instructor. Those who are enrolled in the course are entitled to $20 off the cost of a private session.
