This weekly series of classes will offer a caring and nurturing space where women can celebrate the little person growing within, soothe and enjoy their changing bodies, and connect to their own strength and potential in preparation for labour and motherhood.
Parent and Baby
In this welcoming and baby-friendly space, find the time to soothe aches and pains, re-align your hardworking body and mind, and cuddle and enjoy your little baby while connecting with a community of other parents.
Parent and Moving Baby
Explore your changing practice and connect with other parents in a class designed with moving babies in mind.
In this weekly class young yogis will progress through a program of age-appropriate physical postures, philosophy, breathing, mindfulness practices and sensory-based games and crafts. The classes are designed to help bolster resiliency and teach kids that confidence and strength comes from the ability to be aware of themselves and their environment. Get ready for time-bending exploration, self-discovery and lots of fun!
Teen Yoga and Mindfulness
This class will provide a weekly injection of yoga asana, meditation and interactive mindful practices specifically designed for those straddling the curious chasm between childhood and full-fledged adult. Contemporary teens have challenges all their own and this class will address them with connecting practices that promote self-awareness, self-acceptance, mindful communication and the importance of play.
