A former pro wrestler, Craig has been using his body in interesting ways for the majority of his life. It was a Hatha yoga class in an art gallery 23 years ago that initially hooked him to the power of breath and movement. Shortly thereafter he was given an auspicious introduction to Ram Dass’ “Be Here Now” and for the past 10 years he has maintained a humble daily practice.
With cumulative spinal and pelvic injuries from his wrestling career Craig knows first hand the capacity of asana and meditation to heal the body and manage pain and mobility.
A level two certified Reiki practitioner (with Master’s level attunements) and 500hr YTT grad, Craig has been studying Archetypal Psychology for the past 15 years in conjunction with an ongoing writing and research project.
As a teacher Craig believes strongly in the capacity of space-holding and tuning in to the wilderness of body and heart. And from there, tending.
We are all divine messy earth and stardust. Come stick your hands in the glittery mud with me.
