This Summer Retreat marks our 10th anniversary at OG and we’ve never felt clearer about our mission: to inspire a return to our natural state of wholeness.
Take advantage of the rare opportunity to study with both Scott and Pat on a weekend that promises to be connecting and transformative. Movement and meditation will take place both indoors and on the energizing grounds of the Silver Spring Retreat Centre, an expansive setting designed to nourish and support personal exploration.
Each day will include 2 group classes and ample time to explore the trails, paddle a kayak or swim the spring fed lakes. All accommodations include three delicious gourmet meals a day and range from tenting grounds to 5-star suites to serve all budgets and inclinations. Get outside and get connected! About the Silver Springs Retreat Centre
We’ve been searching for a centre in Ontario that feels aligned with our mission and we believe, after 10 years, we’ve finally found it! From the moment we first visited, we were struck with the palpable energy of the land and were inspired to share the place with our community.
Perched at one of the highest elevations in the province, Silver Springs sits on 140 acres of land that creates an immediate feeling of freedom and spaciousness. The thing that really amazed us was the crystal clear water that bubbled up from the ground, pure enough to drink unfiltered. This feature gives the land a sacred quality that we haven’t felt anywhere else.
Prices range depending on style of accommodation. The room types differ and higher rates reflect larger and more luxurious room types.
$600 +HST : Camping – bring your own gear
$750 +HST : Shared bathroom and shared room – double occupancy
$1400 +HST : Ensuite or shared bathroom – single or double occupancy

The typical daily schedule has plenty of space for wandering, reflection and fun.
7:00 to 8:00am – Morning mobility, pranayama, meditation
8:15 to 9:15am – Breakfast
9:30 to 11:30am – Active practice including asana and functional movements
12:00 to 1:00pm – Lunch
1:00 to 4:00pm – Free time
4:00 to 6:00pm – Afternoon practice including individual assessments / consultations and community acupuncture / restorative class
6:30 to 7:30pm – Dinner
8:00pm – Evening programming
